The room reservation will be confirmed upon a deposit of 50%. All cancellations must occur in
writing.

> No fees will be charged for cancellations up to 100 days before arrival.
> Up to 50 days before arrival 50% of the arrangement will be charged.
> In case of short notice cancellation, no-show or early departure 100% of the arrangement price
will be charged. Services not used will not be redeemed in cash.

Guests have the possibility to sign up for a travel insurance by our reception team to cover
cancellation costs.

EC cards and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. All prices do not include local tax of
€ 4 per person (from 15 years) and per night. For third-party expenses we charge a 3 % handling
fee.
Please note that the entire hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We are happy to provide you a smoking
area on our terrace (including radiant heater).

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 04:00 pm on the day of arrival and can be used until
11:00 am on the day of departure. A special changing room is available for early arrival and late
departure.
We ask our guests to contribute to a cultivated atmosphere at dinner in elegant clothes. Half board
can be consumed either at lunch or in the evening of the same day. A change of arrangement as
well as a refund of services not used is not possible.

Dogs are allowed in all rooms and restaurants, excluding the entire SPA and garden area.
The additional costs for dogs are € 40,-- per day and dog without food. Any additional final cleaning
will be charged directly.

We will gladly reserve a garage space for you at a price of € 30,-- per day in our own garage.

What we would like to point out:
The „Post“ has grown over many decades and is still an original house. That‘s why no room is like the
other, each one has its own special characteristics. Therefore, the pictures shown on this website
as examples are not binding for all rooms of the respective category and we cannot guarantee
availability.
