A very special specialty is conjured up every summer in the castle kitchen of Schloss Gobelsburg – the apricot jam from the real Wachau Marille. The apricots are carefully collected, cut out and boiled. The result is an outstanding apricot jam with a unique taste. Guests can enjoy the jam on fresh bread or with various hard or soft cheeses.
