In addition to the various white and red wines, there are also sparkling delights of Gobelsburg Castle in our wine shop. The typical character of BRUT RESERVE comes from the cool and animating freshness of the Danube region. High-altitude and cool vineyards coupled with the regional variety of Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Blauburgunder form the style of this classic. The grapes are harvested into small boxes at perfect ripening and pressed immediately, but only the centrepiece for the basic wine is used.
